As of Thursday 23rd January customers will no longer be able to purchase add-ons or credits for MarineTraffic.

This is part of an ongoing simplification drive across all MarineTraffic packages, in order to best serve the ongoing needs of our customer base and provide best-in-class service.

New customers

From now on, new customers will be able to purchase our off the page packages or speak to us about our enterprise solution for more sophisticated vessel identification and tracking needs.

Existing customers

Existing customers who have credits or add-ons to use up will continue to be able to use these until their expiry date, which is a year from purchase. These can continue to be used as normal via your ‘My account’ page and you can get instructions here.

If you have previously used add-ons or credits and wish to maintain an enhanced level of access to MarineTraffic please speak to your account manager or customer success at [email protected] about the options available to you to upgrade your plan.
