The transponder unit FA-1701 contains a LAN port as indicated below. It is possible to output NMEA sentences via this port.

Below is the procedure for setting the NMEA output over Ethernet.

Remember that the [INITIAL SET] menu can be accessed at any time; however, settings are password-protected and require a qualified technician or dealer to enter the password. Please contact Marine Traffic for further information.
