Filters help you quickly narrow down shipments in the Container Tracking Dashboard. This article explains where to find filters, how to apply them, and best practices for managing shipment data.

1. Go to the “My Shipments” or “Company Shipments” Tab

  • On the Live Map, open the left side pane and click Containers → Tracking to access the Container Tracking Dashboard

  • Choose either:

    • “My Shipments” tab – your personal tracked containers.

    • “Company Shipments” tab – shared shipments across your organization.

2. Locate the Filters

  • At the top left of the shipment list, you’ll see the Filters button.

  • Click it to reveal multiple filter options.
