How do I open and use tools on the MarineTraffic mobile app?
1. Open the MarineTraffic app
2. Tap the menu (☰) icon in the top-right corner
3. Select a tool from the menu, such as:
Notifications
View alerts and updates related to vessels, fleets, and activity you are tracking.
Explore
Browse and explore information about vessels, ports, arrivals and departures, lighthouses, stations, and areas.
Area Statistics
View statistics and traffic information for a selected area on the map.
Augmented Reality
Use your device’s camera to identify vessels, ports, and lights around you in real time.
Route Planner
Plan a vessel’s route and estimate voyage details. Availability depends on your plan.
Photo Upload
Upload photos of vessels, ports, or lights directly from your device to MarineTraffic.
