As you get more and more accustomed to the available features and functions, you will certainly need a way to keep track of your actions, manage your preferences and, in general, set your personal standards to your interaction with MarineTraffic – the My Account option provides this way in an easy to handle manner.
Apart from seeing all the information of your Account in the Account Overview, you should also be able to use a number of interesting features, such as:
Custom Areas. You can create your own Custom Areas of interest and get them displayed on the MarineTraffic Live Map. Closely monitor all the marine activity surrounding your Custom Areas and capture all the action on the territories you define.
Notifications. Use the MarineTraffic Notifications to keep yourself up-to-date with all the latest occurrences regarding your vessels (or fleets, where applicable) and your ports and areas (standard commercial areas or custom areas) of interest.
