If you cannot login to your MarineTraffic account, you may consider changing or resetting your password.

It is very easy to reset your password in case you have forgotten it or if you wish to change your existing one.

Click on the Login button on the bottom left corner of the MarineTraffic homepage and then click on the "Forgot Password?" option.

A new window will pop-up. Enter your e-mail address in the appropriate field (make sure you enter the same email address you use when signing in to MarineTraffic) and click on the "SEND RECOVERY EMAIL" button. This way you will let us know that you want to reset your password.

You will then receive an e-mail from us which will provide you with a special link - click on it and you will be able to alter your password from the form that will pop-up.

Just enter your new password twice and you are good to go!

Note: The provided link will automatically expire. In case you don't use it to change your password within 48 hours upon requesting a new one, you will have to repeat the process from scratch.
