In this article, you can find the different keyboard shortcuts available for you to use in MT Inbox.

To view keyboard shortcuts, click on My Account > Settings > Preferences > Shortcuts

Custom Shortcuts

To create a custom shortcut, you need to set this up by clicking on Account > Settings > Preferences > Shortcuts

Select the action on the first drop down menu (Assign To), next drop down, select the user. On the last column, find the keyboard shortcut (e.g. Ctrl + Alt + 1 on Windows, Ctrl + 1 on macOS)
