N.B.: Most of the time, it is RS-422.

Below is how to recognise the serial standard by labels on the terminals:

RS-232 - TX/GND (GND must be used)

RS-422 - TX-/TX+/GND (GND does not have to be used in many cases)

RS-485 - A/B/C (C = GND, and it does not have to be used in many cases)
