You can cancel your MarineTraffic subscription or delete your account at any time.
IMPORTANT: Canceling your subscription stops the automatic renewal; the current subscription remains active until the billing period ends. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next billing date.
Cancelling your subscription?
Go to My Account -> Billing
Click the My Subscriptions tab.
Next to the subscription you want to cancel, click Do not renew.
At the end of the current billing date, your account will revert to free user access instead.
Deleting your account?
Go to the Account Overview section.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account.
You’ll be redirected to a confirmation page with a short questionnaire.
We appreciate your feedback - it helps us improve our services. You can also choose whether you’d like our Support Team to contact you to address any concerns.
After completing the questionnaire and confirming that you understand all your data will be permanently deleted, click Submit to finalize the process.
⚠️ Note: Once deleted, your MarineTraffic account and associated data cannot be recovered.
