Users can create custom distribution lists by grouping email addresses or contacts together, making it easier to send circulars or mass emails efficiently.
To create one in MT Inbox, you can go to the navigation menu on the left side and click Contacts
You can create a shared contact group, which is made visible to all users within the Organization, or you can create personal contact groups that are only visible to the user.
To create a shared group, click on the + sign next to Shared, enter a name, and on the Add Contacts, paste all email addresses you want to group.
To create a personal group, click on the + sign next to My groups, enter a name, and on the Add Contacts, paste all email addresses you want to group.
Remove a contact
If you need to remove a contact from the group, click on the group and select the contacts that need to be removed. Find the 3 dots on the upper right-hand side and then choose Remove from group
Add a contact
To add a contact, you can click on the Company name in the upper left-hand corner and choose Persons on the right. Drag and drop the contact into the group you wish to add it to.
