Why was my new payment card not charged after I updated the payment method?

If you updated your payment card after your subscription was canceled, the system would not attempt further charges. Once a subscription is no longer active, billing attempts cease even if a new payment method is added. To resolve this, ensure the subscription remains active or contact support to inquire about reactivating the subscription and initiating the payment process.
